CEBU, Philippines – With its aim to promote employee performance management as one of the organization’s strategies to achieve its goals, AGF Consulting Group will conduct a two-day seminar from September 12 to 13 at Cebu Parklane International Hotel, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
The company believes that organizations need to develop the means to influence and channel the behaviors of their employees to optimize their contributions of which performance management could be taken into consideration.
Dubbed as “How to Develop an Employee Performance Management System,” the course is aimed at equipping various organizations with the requisite skills to successfully manage employee performance aligned with the former’s strategies.
It will also tackle on the requirements for successful implementation of a performance management system, specific roles of both the management and employees, relation of performance management to managerial and supervisory tasks, and knowledge on performance standards and monitoring.
It is also designed to train attendees on how to address performance gaps, promote coaching as an effective tool towards performance improvement, establish constructive feedbacking and performance appraisal and promote the impact of rewards and recognition program in the company.
AGF Consulting Group further encouraged individuals who seek to utilize employee performance management as the driver of strategy execution in their organization to attend the seminar.
Investment fees range from P4,000 for early bird rate to P5,000 for regular rate.
