This course is for heads of offices, organizations, or companies, who want to encourage officials and employees to push for internal improvements.
It is also for officials and employees who want to push for better ways of delivering services and products, create a more conducive working environment, and increase productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
By the end of this activity the participants will be able to explain, in their own terms, and in the context of their own experiences, effective practices and useful tools, and meaningful perspectives that can help them push for internal reforms.
The course is highlighted by sharing of experiences and insights by successful internal change agents, who have been recognized for bringing about changes in his/her own organization.
