This signature course will teach participants how and where exactly to start in business process improvements. From business process prioritization to value-stream mapping, this exclusive in-house training will guide quality management system team/s in planning and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization, whether their goal is cutting into half the waiting time or reduction, if not eliminating of rework or errors in the process in order to increase customer satisfaction.
From reducing process time, cycle time to process cost, business process improvements is an important part of an effective quality management system.
By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to a) develop a business process prioritization table using applicable criteria such as impact, implementation, client satisfaction, and value; b) create process scope definition documents that captures the purpose of the process, owners, clients and key stakeholders requirements, including measurement of success; c) draft process diagrams, determine process time, cycle time and process cost & apply various improvement techniques.
