About the Course
This 3 day intensive live training will comprehensively cover the clause-by-clause requirements of ISO 9001:2015 from the auditor’s point of view. Participants will learn how to effectively audit quality management system in terms of adequacy, compliance and effectiveness based on the criteria of ISO 9001 and established internal system procedures.

Delegates will also be immersed in the key auditing activities as prescribed by ISO 19011:2018 auditing guidelines. This advance course will guide participants on how to successfully initiate an audit, manage difficult auditees and respond to challenging situation when they arise during the audit.

The series of webinar workshops covering audit planning, interviews, gathering of data and sampling, preparation and distribution of audit reports, as well as reviewing and monitoring and corrective action reports, will be substantial take-aways for the participants that will equip them in handling internal audit programs.
