About the Course
Risk management provides robust framework, principles, and reliable process for managing risk. It can be used by any organization regardless of its size, activity or sector.

This course is an in-depth study of risk identification, assessment, control and management techniques, methods, and models used in industry to minimize control and communicate risks, including conducting various risk management protocols.

In addition, the class will examine risk-based thinking based on ISO 9001 and ISO 31000 standards. A balance of online lecture, discussion, workshops, and case studies, this in-depth course will enable participants to gain insights into their own organization’s situation.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course, participants should be able to define risk management strategy appropriate to the organization, understand the different stages of risk management including its activities and deliverables and appreciate the entire risk management process from definition of risk, identification of effects of uncertainties, risk assessment and implementation of effective risk controls.
