About the Course
Total Quality Management (TQM) is one of the most effective management approaches in achieving quality products and services and promoting quality excellence across the organization. TQM is a completely structured, comprehensive, and organization-wide approach taken towards organisational structuring and management that continuously seeks to improve the quality rendered by the company’s products and services produced by the organization and the productivity of the resources handling the product. The aim of a total quality management system is to continuously induce quality at each and every step of the organisational workflow in a bid to refine and fine-tune the processes and receive continuous feedback based on the needs, expectations and requirements of the various stakeholders.
Participants will be learning fundamentals of Total Quality Management, effective approaches of TQM, structured process & implementation of TQM, key requirements of TQM, principles of TQM, quality association with TQM, cost of quality, adopt and implement TQM as a fundamental business strategy for the organization;
