Last June 24 and 25, 2017, Philippine Makoto Corporation organized a two-day training for its employees holding supervisory and managerial positions.  The training “Dynamic Problem Solving and Decision-Making for Supervisors and Managers” was conducted by Jong Fernandez, principal consultant of the AGF Consulting Group, a leading ISO consulting, training, assessment and research firm in the country today.  The training had the following objectives:

• Learn the basic concepts of an effective decision maker and the decision making process;
• Understand the concepts, methodologies and processes of Effective Problem-Solving and Decision Making (PSDM);
• Effectively use PSDM models, including recent developments and practice tools in the field of PSDM to become a successful PSDM practitioner;
• Contribute to the bottom-line productivity of the organization.

Philippine Makoto Corporation believes that developing a logical and consistent approach to every situation either solving problems or making a critical decision is an advantage to the organization.

The participants commended the energy and opportunity to hear insights from Jong Fernandez. The two-day training was actively participated by these trainees knowing it would help them improve their services and even exceed the expectations of their clients.
