Job Summary
The Process Consultant is the overall in-charge of handling the ISO management system implementation, documentation, training and assessment of a client. He/ She also documents updates and reports weekly for management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
a.Conducts client trainings, orientation, workshops, assessments and consultation visits for ISO projects
b. Executes project phase activities according to predetermined timelines
c. Prepares documentation of quality manual, procedures, forms and guidelines to the assigned project
d. Submits assessment reports to client every after accomplished activity
e. Resolves issues and complaints encountered throughout the project life cycle
f. Meet and exceeds client’s expectations at all times
g. Submits Consultant’s Weekly Report on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Male or female, not more than 30 years old
- College graduate of any course, preferably Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, and other related fields
- Preferably with experience in implementation of ISO management systems
- Knows Project Management
- Has good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Organized and results-oriented
- Is willing to travel
