Santiago Shipyard and Shipbuilding Corporation once again proved to the market that the company’s quality management system is one of the key factors of its significant growth in the business. On February 1, 2017, the organization was re-certified for ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. The organization’s established quality management system required them to be consistent with the quality of their products as well as the processes on how the products were made. As a result, their mission of providing the highest quality products to their customers were realized.
The re-certification shows that customer satisfaction is taken seriously and is one of the organization’s priorities. Thus, as market demands grow, its products and services continuously improve and customer satisfaction increases.
The support of the top management by providing all the resources needed by the quality management team and the hard work of the whole organization made this success possible. AGF Consulting Group, particularly consultant Mark Jeffrey Pantaleon, who worked side by side with the organization, is honored to be part of this new highlight of Santiago Shipyard and Shipbuilding Corporation.
